VACATION RENTAL IN GREAT CENTRAL ARCATA LOCATION
Rose Court Cottage, is a street level studio/1 bath cozy cottage accommodating up to 4 guests, located in Arcata’s Top-o-the-Hill Neighborhood. We’ve been welcoming guests since January 2004 and are pleased to house our visitors in finely appointed lodging in the heart of town.
ROSE COURT COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
Rose Court Cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood within a private brick courtyard surrounded by roses. The interior is richly hued with warm wood trim, custom finishes, multi-light windows, art-glass lighting, and sumptuous furnishings and textiles. The living/dining/sleeping main room features an antique queen bed, nightstands, reading lamps, bistro table and chairs, entertainment armoire, fireplace, ceiling fan, and a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 additional guests. Off the main room is an equipped kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and skillet, toaster, sink, glassware, and dishware. The tiled shower features a European 75 jet shower head. Guests may enjoy their private outdoor seating area in a lovely and fragrant English cottage garden setting. Small dogs may be acceptable with pre-approval and a $25.00 pet fee.
THOUGHTFUL AMENITIES ENSURE GUEST COMFORT
Indulge in the attention to detail: high-quality bedding, memory foam mattress topper, down pillows and duvet, spa robes, fresh flowers, coffee and tea in the room, hair dryer, and personal bath amenities. Entertainment is provided by wireless internet, flat screen TV with cable and streaming channels, Blu-ray player, and a movie library.
MINIMUM STAY and COVID PROTOCOL
A 2-night minimum stay is required. COVID 19 sanitizing practices following guest check out include thorough laundering of soft goods, cleaning with disinfectant, and running an ozone gas generator which purifies air and all surfaces.

WALK TO ARCATA POINTS OF INTEREST
On-street parking is available in front of the cottage. This vacation rental’s ideal location, 4 blocks from our plaza square commercial district, Cal Poly Humboldt Gateway, and Northtown and Creamery retail districts, allows guests to leave their vehicle and stroll around Arcata. Shop at Wildberries Marketplace nearby (comparable to a Whole Foods Market, but locally owned). We also are home to Redwood Park Community Forest with thousands of acres of redwood trees and trails on the east side of town, and to our world-famous Arcata Marsh Wildlife Refuge on Arcata Bay.
